3. Account Registration and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account or organization workspace.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or any security issue related to your account.

You agree to use InnchatAI only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, communication regulations, and third-party platform policies.
- You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or spam-related activity.
- You are responsible for ensuring that WhatsApp messages, broadcasts, campaigns, and customer communications follow applicable consent and platform requirements.
- You are responsible for reviewing customer conversations, AI-generated replies, campaigns, and business workflows before relying on them.
5. AI-Generated Responses
InnchatAI may use artificial intelligence to generate replies, recommendations, summaries, lead qualification outputs, or other automated responses.
AI-generated content may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs and deciding how to use them in your business.
InnchatAI should not be used as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, professional, or regulated advice.
6. Business Data and Customer Data
You may upload or enter business information into InnchatAI, including FAQs, documents, website content, pricing information, services, policies, customer messages, lead details, and other business data.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload, process, and use such data with our services.
Customer messages, lead details, WhatsApp conversations, and website chat conversations processed through the platform remain your responsibility.
7. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services
InnchatAI may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta services, authentication providers, hosting providers, payment processors, AI providers, analytics tools, and other technology providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, pricing, limitations, approvals, and restrictions.
InnchatAI is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, template rejections, delivery failures, or enforcement actions by third-party platforms.
8. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments
Some InnchatAI services may require a paid subscription or one-time setup payment. By purchasing a plan or service, you agree to pay the applicable fees, taxes, and charges displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscription fees may be billed monthly, yearly, or according to the plan selected by you. Prices, features, and plan limits may change from time to time.
Failure to pay applicable charges may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of your access to the services.
9. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
InnchatAI offers digital software, subscriptions, setup services, and other digital services. Because our products and services are digital in nature, physical returns are not applicable.
Once an order, subscription, setup service, or digital product has been purchased, activated, delivered, or made available, cancellations, returns, or refunds for that order may not be available unless required by applicable law or specifically approved by us in writing.
If you have an active recurring subscription, you may cancel it at any time through the available billing process or by contacting our support team. After cancellation, no future subscription charges will be deducted, but previously paid amounts may not be refundable.
If we are unable to provide a paid service that you purchased, you may contact us for review and resolution. Any refund, if applicable, will be handled according to our internal review and applicable law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit any part of InnchatAI without our written permission.
You retain ownership of your business content and customer data, subject to the rights needed for us to operate and provide the services.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the services to:
- Violate any law, regulation, platform policy, or third-party rights.
- Send spam, unauthorized marketing messages, or harmful communications.
- Upload illegal, abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks.
- Interfere with the security, stability, or performance of InnchatAI.
- Misuse AI-generated responses or present them as guaranteed professional advice.
- Use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful business practices.
12. Service Availability
We aim to keep InnchatAI reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.
The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting issues, third-party outages, WhatsApp or Meta service issues, AI provider issues, or other causes beyond our control.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
InnchatAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any warranty that the service will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your specific business needs.
You use the service at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for evaluating whether the service meets your requirements before relying on it for your business operations.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnchatAI, its owners, team members, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of revenue, loss of customers, loss of data, missed leads, message delivery failures, or reputational damage.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the period giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing any obligation if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, cyber incidents, government actions, strikes, war, platform outages, third-party service failures, or other force majeure events.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to InnchatAI if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable charges, misuse the service, create risk for other users or third-party platforms, or engage in unlawful activity.
You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply even after termination.
